Provenance and Acquisition

Fol. 121v: ‘In vigilia Thome. 1377.’ This date may cover only fols. 78–121v, but the rest of the volume is in the same hand on paper that shares watermarks with the dated part.

Missing text, lost by damage, has been supplied by Sicco Polentone, fols. 74–77.
