Polyphonic fragments

Formerly endleaves of MS. Rawl. C. 400, removed in 1952.

(a), fols. 1–4: parts of two unfinished bifolia in codex form, with texts spaced for the addition of polyphonic music which was never added. (b), fols. 5–8: four smaller fragments from a roll which had polyphonic music on both sides. (c), fols. 9–10: two fragments with polyphony on one side and a miscellany of later scribbles on the back, including a life of St Margaret of Antioch.

MS. Lat. liturg. b. 19, fol. 4 is a fragment from the same roll as (c).
