Rubric: ἀναγραφὴ τῶν ἀπὸ ϲωτῆροϲ Χριϲτοῦ ἐπιϲκοπηϲάντων ἐν Κπόλει πρὸ τῆϲ βαϲιλείαϲ τοῦ μεγάλου Κωνϲταντίνου καὶ μετὰ τὴν βαϲιλείαν αὐτοῦ πατριαρχῶν.
Incipit: Ἀνδρέαϲ ὁ ἁγιώτατοϲ ἀπόϲτολοϲ

breaks off τὴν μεγάλην πέμπτην τοῦ ϲωτηρίου πάθουϲ, καὶ ἐπεϲκόπηϲεν.

The text continues (fol. 147v) with what may be another document, but the folio is too badly damaged to be read; the text is probably incomplete.

(Fols. 148, 1–6) i 8 (1 missing), (fols. 7–9, 11–15) ii 8, (fol. 17) iii–v 8, (fols. 16, 41–7) vi 8, (fols. 48–135) vii–xvii 8; after fol. 135 a lacuna; remainder uncertain. Some quires numbered on centre bottom margin of first recto and/or last verso.


Ruling: 20–30 lines.


One scholarly hand, which shows a variant form on fols. 136r–141r.


Rubrication: in item 1 initials and marginal indications of contents in vermilion; in item 4 some diagrams in vermilion.

Additions: A few 16th cent. marginalia.


Blind-stamped brown leather, 17th–18th cent.
