Rubric: ἀναγραφὴ τῶν ἀπὸ ϲωτῆροϲ Χριϲτοῦ ἐπιϲκοπηϲάντων ἐν Κπόλει πρὸ τῆϲ βαϲιλείαϲ τοῦ μεγάλου Κωνϲταντίνου καὶ μετὰ τὴν βαϲιλείαν αὐτοῦ πατριαρχῶν.

Incipit: Ἀνδρέαϲ ὁ ἁγιώτατοϲ ἀπόϲτολοϲ

breaks off τὴν μεγάλην πέμπτην τοῦ ϲωτηρίου πάθουϲ, καὶ ἐπεϲκόπηϲεν.

Rubrication: in item 1 initials and marginal indications of contents in vermilion; in item 4 some diagrams in vermilion.
