Rubric: ἀναγραφὴ τῶν ἀπὸ ϲωτῆροϲ Χριϲτοῦ ἐπιϲκοπηϲάντων ἐν Κπόλει πρὸ τῆϲ βαϲιλείαϲ τοῦ μεγάλου Κωνϲταντίνου καὶ μετὰ τὴν βαϲιλείαν αὐτοῦ πατριαρχῶν.
Incipit: Ἀνδρέαϲ ὁ ἁγιώτατοϲ ἀπόϲτολοϲ

breaks off τὴν μεγάλην πέμπτην τοῦ ϲωτηρίου πάθουϲ, καὶ ἐπεϲκόπηϲεν.

Ruling: 20–30 lines.

One scholarly hand, which shows a variant form on fols. 136r–141r.

Decoration

Rubrication: in item 1 initials and marginal indications of contents in vermilion; in item 4 some diagrams in vermilion.

Additions: A few 16th cent. marginalia.

Blind-stamped brown leather, 17th–18th cent.
