Provenance and Acquisition
The date 1223 appears, apparently in the original hand. Marginal additions include the coronation of K. Richard I, obits of William and Ralph de Kangam and note of a treasure found ‘apud Keleshill’ on Christmas day, 1238. The places are Kingham (Oxon.) and Coleshill (Berks.).
Formerly a wrapper for ‘MCR 1602c’ (buttery-book).
