Taken from ‘21. hh. 1’ (Historiae Romanae Scriptores, vol. 1, Frankfurt 1588, bought ‘in usum Collegii’, 23 Aug. 1594). Another four leaves are in ‘14. g. 11’ (M. Paris, Zürich 1589, also bought ‘in usum Collegii’, 23 Aug. 1594).
