Ruled with crayon in 2 cols of 35 lines. Running heads between lines ruled right across the page.

Hand(s)

Written in a proficient gothic rotunda bookhand of Parisian type.

Decoration

Small pink, blue and gold initials; red or blue initials flourished in the colour.

Origin: s. xiii ; French

Provenance and Acquisition

Removed from unidentified bindings. Two fragms. of a single leaf are in 48. f. 9 (H. Mercurialis, &c., Venice 1572, &c.), two fragms. of another leaf are in 48. f. 4 (P. Vegetius, &c., Basel 1574, &c.), and two leaves in 48. f. 8 (A. Campolongus, &c., Venice 1586, &c.).
