Macray in Bibliographica 1 (1895), 328; two leaves are in Bodl. Libr., Savile R. 6 (Aristotle, Frankfurt 1587); six strips are in the bindings of four vols of Maldon, Plume Library, A. 2. 30–2 (Magdeburg Centuriators, Basel 1564–74).
