At the front ‘Liber Willelmi Devynysshe Mertonensis precium iiii s.’, ‘Guilielmus Devenissheus, Henricus Devenel’, ‘Henricus Dyvynell est possessor’. For these men, see BRUO 1501–1540, 168–9. Devenishe was fellow 1 Aug. 1528, for a very short time only; d. by Sept. 1558. Devynell was fellow 1528–1533. He owned ‘Stack A9/B21’.
