Provenance and Acquisition

John Grandison, bishop of Exeter 1327–69: 'J. Exon. episcopi' (14th cent.), then, added 'manu manu propria', see also notes on foll. i verso, ii recto.

Exeter Cathedral: identifiable in the catalogue of 1506 (MLGB).

Presented by the dean and chapter of Exeter in 1602.
