A glossed text, with text column 25–35 mm wide and gloss column 80–5 mm wide. Surviving are 4 text lines and 7 gloss lines. No prickings; ruled in lead.


Written in England in protogothic bookhand, s. xiii in. or xii/xiii.


No decoration, save offset on the verso from an adjacent leaf.
