In double columns, the full surviving column 70 mm wide and intercolumnar space 15 mm, in 28 surviving lines to the column. No prickings, bounds, or rules.

Written in England in secretary, s. xv med.
Decoration
Alternate red and blue paraphs to divide the text.
At the one text break, a 4-line blue lombard on red flourishing.

Provenance and Acquisition
Two indications of ownership: ‘This is William Winfeldes boke | that it is I I I’, s. xv/xvi;
‘Mr. Mountague’ (s.xviii).
