In double columns, each column 65–70 mm wide, 30+ lines on the fullest leaf. No prickings; bounded and ruled in brown crayon.


Written in England in gothic textura rotunda, s. xiv med.


Two 3-line blue lombards on red flourishing.

Blanks for headings unfilled.
