In double columns, each column 235 × 70–5 mm. , with about 15 mm between columns, in 46 lines to the column. No prickings; bounded and ruled in brown crayon, mostly faded.

Written in England in secretary s. xv2/2.

Decoration

At openings, 2-line blue lombards on red flourishing.

The text divided by red paraphs, sometimes alternating with violet.

Running titles give the title and question.
