Windsor, Berkshire, Royal collegiate chapel of St George: Trace of usual chain mark at beginning of MS. Title "Iero' super Ieremiam" and pressmark "C.D" (s. xv ex.?) at top of fol. 1r. Erased and probably irrecoverable inscription at foot of fol. 1r. (MLGB3: inferred evidence).
