Milan, priory of San Pietro in Gessate, of the congregation of Santa Guistina: 'Iste liber est monachorum Congregationis S. Iustine ordinis S. Benedicti deputatus usui de monasterio S. Petri in Glassiati per... D. Raymundum de Lupis ... denatus [sic] die xx Decembris Mcccclxxxij, domno Floriano de Bononia in eodem cenobio priore librum ipsum acceptante', then later 'signatus in tali numero 202' (fol. 1r), see also fol. 8.
