Windsor, collegiate chapel: 'Usual chain mark. Title with note of 2o fol. (s. xv) above. Pressmark ‘C.Q’ near top of backboard' (MLGB3).

The words 'Wymundus Manniyng Hamptonnys grene' written as one word occur twice in a 16th cent. hand.

Presented by the dean and canons of Windsor in 1612.
