On fols. ii v, 1, 191r are some 15th cent. Latin theological extracts, one of which runs 'Nota quod ecclesie parochiales in Anglia xlv. millia xi. & ville lij. millia iiijxx Feoda militum lx. millia .cc xv. Inde in manibus religiosorum xxviij millia .xv', the rest are devotional.

Provenance and Acquisition

Exeter, Devon, Cathedral church of St Peter: "Liber Henrici Webbere titulo empcionis precium xxx s." "Accomodato[sic] magistro Iohanni Euelynge" (fol. 1r). H. Webber was dean of Exeter (d. 1477); J. Evelinge was rector of Exeter Coll. Oxford (1443-1449). (MLGB3: inferred evidence).
