Fols. 1–12 have column numbering and line numbering by tens. Bound in Oxford c. 1600 (Gibson rolls xi, xix) with Epistole Ieronimi, s. xii (imperfect at beginning). '2 o ffo' is written above the words 'nostre plenam'. (MLGB3)
