Fragment of a single leaf, written space 102 x 37mm., written in dark brown ink in Anglo Saxon, fragment of 22 lines (eleven on either side) of the first of the Homilies of the Anglo-Saxon church (Aelfric's homily De initio creaturae).

Taken from Lath M 6.15 (mid-16th century English binding with small centrepiece). Ker, Catalogue of manuscripts containing Anglo-Saxon, no. 352 located it as being in Latham M.6.15 from which it has been subsequently removed.
