Provenance and Acquisition

Canterbury, Kent, Benedictine cathedral priory of Holy Trinity or Christ Church: "·F·" (fol. 1r, top) contemporary; is this a pressmark? Note that the signatures of later gatherings appear in the same form, "·B·", etc. (at foot of fol. 9r, etc.). Very early nota marks in the margins. Also the common Canterbury marks. (MLGB3: inferred evidence).
