Provenance and Acquisition

Fol. 157v: ‘explicit reportacio ... per manus Johannis steenhusen in montepessulano in ordine uel conuentu minorum pro fratre matheo de ficecko ordinis fratrum minorum. Anno domini Millesimo quadringentesimo quadragesimo altra die post conuersionem sancti pauli etc.’

Fol. 160 (flyleaf): ‘Iste liber est mei magistri francisci de careto ordinis minorum Asignatum fratri Francisco \de Sax(el)lo/ dissipullo meo sibi Asignatum pro sui studi papie [Pavia] incoati anno domini MoCCCColxxv die die vero decima quarta madij’.

Fol. 157v: ‘iste liber est ad vsum fratris franciscj de saxello ordinis minorum prouincie Janue [Genoa] et conuentus cultismilij [Cortemilia] Asignatum sibi per magistrum franciscum de Careto euisdem conuentus ac prouincie cuius anima requiescat in pace et hoc anno domini 1475. papie’.
