Worcester, Worcestershire, Benedictine cathedral priory of St Mary the Virgin (?) : a blank space on fol. 13v contains a copy (s. xv) of a "conuentio inter Episcopum W priorem T et fratres de Wirecestria et inter abbatem Alwynum e fratres de Ramesey". Turner, Lat. 16. Medieval vellum binding with contents list written on the front cover, and title "Regula [...] Augustini cum aliis" on the spine.
