List of tithes and other dues apportioned to the Prebends of the Collegiate Church of St. Chad in Shrewsbury, drawn up by an Inquisition before John Beket, Priest, representing the Dean, Lawrence Fastulf, and composed of Gregory Knocce, Priest, Roger de Burton, Priest, Richard Yue, Reginald de Bykedon, Stephen de Rossal, Thomas Reyner and Philip Pigeon, "scriptor" of the inquisition, read out at the Chapter on St. Martin's Day, 1326, and approved. It contains the names of numerous localities and persons.
