In two books, with the prologue by Monaldus, here without title: but after the ordinary ending 'sufficiant cause breuitatis' comes (at fol. 45) a Tertia Distinctio (seu liber) 'De metallorum cura & illorum magisterio in composicionem Lapidis Philosophorum', which, though sixteen leaves are lost after fol. 48, seems to continue to fol. 72v, where a colophon occurs:

A 16th cent. hand has annotated the volume, see esp. fol. 62, and on fol. 73 a 16th cent. draft of a letter, in Latin from Nicolaüs Caliginarius to 'archepiscopus de Voymestre' about an executorship.
