Clemens Cantyrbury" (fol. ii verso), s. xv. (MLGB3: evidence from an ex-libris inscription or note of gift to an institution).

Indexed etc. by Clemens Cantyrbury monachus. Described by a later hand, s. xvii, as "Librarius". (fol. ii verso) "S ... A". Late medieval foliation. Pastedowns from a service book, s. xii. 2 o folio: "de uero". (MLGB3)
