Eynsham, Oxfordshire, Benedictine abbey of St Mary the Virgin, St Benedict and All Saints (?) : 'C. XV' in red, middle top of fol. 1r, apparently in the same hand as in Laud lat. 31. (MLGB3: inferred evidence). Later at Merton College (below).

'Liber magistri Johannis Tailour sacre theologie professoris Cancellarii Exoniensis ecclesie'; on Tailour (d. 1492), see BRUO, 1850-51; given by him to Richard FitzJames (below). (MLGB3)
