The following names are written in the volume in 16th century hands: Sir George Winter (fols 29, 76); Thomas Boynton and Henry Boynton (fols 7, 50v, 66, 84); John Robson (fol. 75v); 'Richard Horff ...' (?, fol. 75v); and 'John Clarkson in Rychmond' (fol. 84)
