Worcester, Worcestershire, Benedictine cathedral priory of St Mary the Virgin: Label "Nonnulli tractatus de diuersis materiis quere tabulam in fine libri", in same hand as the labels in MS. Bodl. 633 and MS. Auct. F. 5. 16, is now pasted to fol. 1r (MLGB3)

Probably acquired between 1605 and 1611.
