Provenance and Acquisition
Windsor, Berkshire, Royal collegiate chapel of St George: 'Liber collegii de Wyndesore' (fol. 276v, s. xv ex ). The binding has the usual heavy chain-staple mark at the foot of the front board. Visible in the inventory of 1384--5. (MLGB3: evidence from binding or pastedowns and from an ex-libris inscription or note of gift).
Given to Bodley in 1612 by the Dean and Canons of Windsor. (MLGB3)
