'Eufrastica inter libros magistri Willelmi de Burgo' (fol. iii recto). (MLGB3: evidence from an ex-libris inscription or note of gift to an institution).

Quire signatures thus 'ii proba', 'v valde', or 'quia dives xiiii', in middle of last verso at foot, the word being the first of the next quire. (MLGB3)
