Provenance and Acquisition

The name 'Thomas Vnderhill' (15th century) is on fol. 225: probably Thomas Underhill of Lincoln's Inn (d. 1508), for whom see J. Baker, The Men of Court 1440-1550 (2012), II.1579-80.
