Statutes of England (vetera statuta)

Magna Charta, as confirmed on March 28, 1299/1300, Charta de Foresta, Statutes of Merton, Marlborough, Westminster I, Gloucester, Westminster 2 & 3, de Religiosis, de Bigamis, de Justiciariis assignatis, de Quo Warranto, de vasto facto, etc., etc., ending with a Statute of York. At fol. 219 is added in an early 15th cent. hand a short Latin piece on 'Prerogatiua Regis', beg. 'Dominus Rex habet custodiam.' Foll. 1-2 are a copy of a conditional writ of summons issued apparently on May 11, 1462 against 'Thomas Eeuerardus' living in the neighbourhood of Marden ('Mawardyn') in Herefordshire.
