Fol. 75v: 'Explicit uita beati honorati scripta per me dompnum Vincencium marum Religiosum studentem in collegio sancti marcialis auinione ob reuerenciam dicti sancti nec non domini burgensis Iacobi pharandis [corrected from pharandii?] auinione sui benefactorum singularissimi Anno domini millesimo cccc.mo xlix et finita et completa in prima ebdomada maij'.

Fol. iv, written over another name: 'f. G. Champeheuryoulx carme d'Orleans docteur et predicateur a Rouen 1599'.
