Breviary, Use of Rome

Ferial psalter (fol. 1), beginning abruptly in the matins of Monday, followed by daily canticles (fol. 54), Quicumque and Te deum; hymnal (fol. 56), divided into temporale and sanctorale; temporale of the breviary (fol. 62v); general rubrics (fol. 257); rubrical tables for the Sundays after Pentecost (fol. 259v, 260) and for the ferial antiphons before Christmas (fol. 260v); office of the dedication (fol. 262v); litany of the saints (fol. 265v); sanctorale (fol. 268), ending abruptly in the office of St Nicholas of Tolentino (10 September).

In the litany St Romuald is doubled (266), while there is a versicle and prayer pro maiori nostro. Both items point to monastic (Camaldolese) influence, though the book is undoubtedly secular.
