There is a change of hand after fol. 19.

Exeter Cathedral: 'Iste liber est armarii beati Petri Exoniensis', 14th cent.; identifiable in the catalogue of 1506 (see MLGB).

Presented by the dean and chapter of Exeter in 1602.
