Fols. 169-174: Coventry, Warwickshire, Benedictine cathedral priory of St Mary the Virgin: 'Hii sunt libri quos Iohannes de bruges monachus coventr' scripsit ad opus coventr' ecclesie, qui hos ab ecclesia sine consensu conventus alienaverit anathema sit' (fol. 171); fols. 169, 170 are in the hand of Bodley, MS.
