Windsor, collegiate chapel, by the 15th century (pressmark ‘AM’): 'title "libri xii prophetarum a libro osee usque malachiam" (s. xv) in the same ink as the pressmark "AM", below it. Usual chain-mark.' (MLGB3)

Presented by the dean and canons of Windsor in 1612.
