Salisbury, Wiltshire, Cathedral church of St Mary the Virgin; see removed from Sherborne in 1078: 'Liber ecclesie cathedralis Sarum, datus per dominum Petrum Fadir, nuper vicarium choralem in eadem.' (fol. 9v). (MLGB3: evidence from an ex-libris inscription or note of gift to an institution).

Arch. Seld. B.26 fols. 35–94, and Digby 173 formed one volume, the primer also contains Fadir's name. (fol. 1r) 'prec. xiiis iiiid' above erasure (s. xv). Erased inscription at foot of fol. 1r. Signs of rust marks on fol. 9v. Pricks in both margins fols. 1–9. (MLGB3)
