Durham, Benedictine cathedral priory of St Cuthbert: "Liber dompni Thome Dune monachi Dunelmensis ex dono dompni Johannis Manby". (MLGB3: evidence from an inscription of ownership by an individual member of a religious house (which may not, however, be evidence for institutional ownership)).

On fol. iv is a note by 'T[homas] M[artin]' of Palgrave.
