Accounts relating to the king's works

Two guardbooks containing leaves of accounts, or photostats of such leaves, relating to the king's works in the time of Henry VIII, taken from 16th-century bindings executed in Oxford of books and manuscripts in various collections. Some of the leaves are signed by Thomas Heritage and Thomas Gunnar and many are countersigned by David Marten, comptroller of the king's works.
