Warwick, Warwickshire, Collegiate church of St Mary the Virgin and All Saints: One bifolium previously used as a wrapper, with 'Colleg. de Warr'' on front, and 'Liber de nouis et veteris [sic] statutis' on back, both s. xv. (MLGB3: evidence from an ex-libris inscription or note of gift to an institution).
