Faint (?) 18th-century inscription in the top margin of fol. 1r; inscribed in the 19th century 'John' in the top margin of fol. 5r, and at an uncertain date 'Bought[ ]' in the top margin of fol. 7r; bought by the Bodleian from Oliver Gollancz, 6 Aug. 1987.
