Support: Parchment, with paper at fols 122–127.
Extent: Foliation: iv+ 173 leaves, parchment apart from paper at fols 122–127, taken from another MS. This MS consisted of an 11th-cent. core with late 13th-century parchment restorations made when it was presented to the cathedral at Mistra, and many subsequent annotations. The paper quire represents a later phase of updating.
Dimensions (leaf): 220 × 160 mm.

Collation

Some gathering marks visible, despite trimming (e.g. 31 Ϛ, 82 ιtrimmed,90 ιε, 106 1ζ, 114 ι?, 136 κα, 144 κβ, 152 κγ). Page edges have been gilded. (ΝΒ word break at 22v comes on last fol. of gathering). Stub before 65r. Jenkins-Mango, p. 232 propose that two gatherings are missing, one at fol. 22v and the other between fols. 46 and 47 or 54 and 55. The gathering marks are likely to have been added in the fifteenth century.
