Proceedings in appeal to the pope
Notarial copy (incomplete at end) of proceedings in an appeal to the pope made by Johannes Malivicini, almoner of the Benedictine monastery of Ambronay (diocese of Lyons), against sentences delivered by Petrus Nardi and Johannes de Mela. The appeal was tried in S. Maria Rotunda at Rome in 1427.
