Origin: 15th century ; Italian

Provenance and Acquisition

Inscribed by and ?17th-century Italian hand (fol. 1r) 'Regulae Grammaticales [...] | [.]ign[..] 16[?]9'(?), and with an old number '112'; stamped twice in black ink with an oval collection mark (fol. 106r) consisting of a shield with three crescents on a bend, surrounded by a legend [...] NC GODEM[...]'(?).

The upper pastedown with the small bookplate of the 'LIBRERIA ANTIQUARIA | DI UNRICO HOEPLI | MILANO'.

Bought in 1966.
