Darley, Derbyshire, Augustinian abbey of St Mary the Virgin: "Iste liber est de abbathia de Derley, accomodatus venerabili viro magistro Roberto Flemmyng, decano Lyncolnie, in vigilia Epiphanie a. d. m cccc lii" (fol. 1v). Laudian acquisition date 1633. Given to the Bodleian 1635. (MLGB3)
