Stafford, Augustinian priory of St Thomas the Martyr: 'Iste liber est de communitate fratrum minorum Stafford' (fol. 4v, s. x iii ex.). 'Epistole Senece 10' at foot of fol. 2r (first leaf) and again at foot of fol. 5r, and on fol. 4v where the 10 is added to an older title 'Epistole Senece'. (MLGB3: evidence from an ex-libris inscription or note of gift to an institution).
