The present manuscript consists of three parts, which were bound together already at the Mainz Charterhouse.

Fols. 136r–226v ruled in faint lead point, in one column; c. 29–43 unruled lines (varying with the scribe).
Hand(s)
German textualis by seven hands, some of which write a cursive script.
Decoration
Scribal red rubrics; majuscules and, occasionally, Biblical lemmata highlighted in red.
To sermons mostly two-line initials in red and blue, with simple decoration in the contraire colour.
History
Provenance
Mainz, Cartusian abbey of St Michael: there is no ex-libris inscription from the Mainz Charterhouse; annotating hands, however, clearly connect this book with the Charterhouse.
