Provenance and Acquisition

On fol. 56 (which like fol. 1 is a palimpsest) is 'Questa Logiccha e del pouero Codro Brentadore' who may be Antonio Urceo, surnamed Codro

In the 17th century the volume was 'Codice lxxxxvii' in the library of 'M. G.' whose arms were a plain cross

Purchased by the Bodleian at Sotheby's on 29 March 1859 from the collection of Guillaume Libri. No. 266 in the sale catalogue
