Oxford, Oxfordshire, New College (Collegium beate Marie Winton' in Oxonia): 'Liber datus collegio beate Marie Winton in Oxonia per executores domini Henrici Jolypace nuper camerarii ecclesie cathedralis sancti Pauli Londonie A. D. M o CCCC o . XXXj o . Oretis igitur pro eisdem.' (MLGB3: evidence from an ex-libris inscription or note of gift to an institution).

'Sum [?] liber Willelmi de Hachecumbe' (s. xv in.; fol. vii verso); 'Ioannes Dobb[in?]' (s. xv, fol. vii recto, erased); 'Byrkyn accomodatus est liber iste' (s. xv ex.). The names 'Fauntleroy', 'Rauleus', 'Symond' occur on fols. 22v, 98 d v (s. xvi). 'Stephanus Batman to his phrend Camden [?]', partly in Greek characters (fol. 174r). 'φαρλαι' (= John Farley (d. 1464), registrar of the University of Oxford and fellow of New College) (fol. 174r). Acquired not later than 1602. (MLGB3)
